Weights and Cardio room

Lifting weights is one of the fastest ways to increase your metabolic rate, which in turn will help you tone up and look fantastic. Cardiovascular and muscular workouts are essential for an all-round fitness and the Lang Park PCYC has a versatile facility in its gym.

The gym, is separated into two rooms – one for weights and the other for the cardio machines. These cardio machines include treadmills, exercise bikes including recumbent bikes, step machines and rowing machines, all in air conditioned comfort.

In the weights room, there is no room left to waste with a wide variety of pin-weight machines, free weights and dumbbells for lower and upper body workouts, as well as exercise mats.

Exercise programs are available on request.
