Olympic Wrestling
Olympic Wrestling is an ideal opportunity to participate in an Olympic Sport that caters for people of various shapes, sizes and weights to compete in a body contact sport against individuals of their own weight. Wrestling dates back to ancient Greek Olympics with two internationally recognised styles including Freestyle and Greco Roman.

These two are contested in the Olympics, Commonwealth Games, World Titles and various other international and National tournaments. Australia has historically been successful in international standards of Freestyle Wrestling. Wrestling is a great sport; it is fun, vigorous and competitive. It is a sport that can assist in developing a variety of fitness, motor, mental and social skills. The Lang Park PCYC has set up a dedicated wrestling room of over 220 square metres in size and fitted out with professional matts imported from America, kettle weights, wrestling dummies and other associated equipment.
